Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloud's Inventory (the "Service"), a hosted inventory-management application. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Cloud's Inventory lets a business track inventory, manage products, and give team members limited access under one account. Each subscribing business ("you," "your account," or "tenant") gets its own isolated data — we don't share your inventory data with other tenants.

2. Accounts and Team Members

You're responsible for your account credentials and for anything that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you add. Team member PINs are set and managed by you; you're responsible for choosing PINs your team keeps confidential and for removing team members who should no longer have access.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

4. Your Data

You own the inventory, product, and business data you put into the Service. We store it on your behalf to provide the Service and don't use it for purposes unrelated to operating and improving Cloud's Inventory. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's handled.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. You can export your data to CSV at any time from within the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the Service or other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law allows, or resell access to the Service without our consent.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and third-party services we depend on (such as our hosting and payment providers) may occasionally affect availability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, don't pay, or where we're required to by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period; export anything you need beforehand.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
